Ingredients
Paneer-200gm
Ginger & garlic paste-1tsp
Black pepper powder-1tsp
Salt- as required
Turmeric Powder – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Garam masala powder-1tbsp
Chat masala powder-2tbsp
arrowroot-1/4cup
Maida-1/4cup
Cornflakes-1cup
Oil-500gm(for deep fry)
- For Garnishing
Ring Sliced Onion
Sliced Lemon
Sliced Green Chili
Tomato Sauch ( if Green chutney available then good)
Directions
- Cut the paneer into medium sized
- In a bowl, add maida, arrowroot, chat masala
- Add red chili powder, garam masala, and turmeric powder, salt
- Add black pepper powder & ginger garlic paste
- Mix the ingredients well so that each of mixed
- add water slowly to make a thick batter
- Now batter is ready
- add paneer cubes gently in the batter
- now coat the paneer cubes using corn flakes
- For deep frying paneer cubes we take cooking oil at medium flame
- add paneer cubes gently into the oil for deep fry
- Fry till it turns dark brown
- transfer the paneer pakoda on cooking tissue paper
- Paneer pakoda is ready to serve
- Serve with sauce and onion, green chili,lemon
