Hi, and welcome to Bhojanalaya . My name is Ranjan and I am delighted that you are here. A Software Programmer by profession but a chef by heart, I developed a keen interest in cooking during weekends or holidays when i m at home with my family. Since then, it has only blossomed.
I shared my thought with my wife and a few of my friends about starting a blog on recipes we made at home. Mutually they agreed and started sharing their own recipes with me so that I can put in the blog.
I believe in cooking in a earthen-pot or clay-pot is natural and healthy but it’s the choice of individual.
The recipes on this blog range from traditional and sentimental to contemporary and fun. The Indian ingredients and the method of cooking are our primary inspirations. I believe in cooking healthy family recipes from scratch using the freshest local produce. Avoiding processed ingredients as far as possible and incorporating the seasonal ones is what I constantly strive for, which is why everything tastes so good and at the same time nourishes the body.
