Ingredients

  • Green Chili – 250 grams

  • Mustard Oil – 100 ml

  • Turmeric Powder

  • Aamchur Powder

  • Pickle Masala

  • Vinegar

  • Hing

  • Salt

Directions

  • Remove Head of Green Chili ( 250 grams )
  • Remove skin of garlic ( 100 gram )
  • Make a paste of Garlic (Rough Paste)
  • Now Half Slit each Green Chili from Middle
  • Luke warm mustard oil ( 100ml ) and keep it for cooling
  • Add 1/4 tbsp hing ( If available )
  • In a bowl ( Big Bowl ) add all green chili
  • salt 4 tbsp ( use salt little more )
  • Turmeric powder – 2 tbsp
  • Aamchur powder ( mango powder) – 3 tbsp
  • Chopped or Chrushed Garlic
  • Pickle Powder – 3 tbsp
  • Vinegar – 4 tbsp
  • Add Oil ( Luke Warm Oil)
  • Mix well and leave it for 30 minutes ( For settle down all masala )
  • Transfer it to a glass jar or pickle jar
  • For better result keep the pickle jar under Sun dry ( for 3-4 days)
  • Green Chili Pickle is Ready
