Ingredients
Green Chili – 250 grams
Mustard Oil – 100 ml
Turmeric Powder
Aamchur Powder
Pickle Masala
Vinegar
Hing
Salt
Directions
- Remove Head of Green Chili ( 250 grams )
- Remove skin of garlic ( 100 gram )
- Make a paste of Garlic (Rough Paste)
- Now Half Slit each Green Chili from Middle
- Luke warm mustard oil ( 100ml ) and keep it for cooling
- Add 1/4 tbsp hing ( If available )
- In a bowl ( Big Bowl ) add all green chili
- salt 4 tbsp ( use salt little more )
- Turmeric powder – 2 tbsp
- Aamchur powder ( mango powder) – 3 tbsp
- Chopped or Chrushed Garlic
- Pickle Powder – 3 tbsp
- Vinegar – 4 tbsp
- Add Oil ( Luke Warm Oil)
- Mix well and leave it for 30 minutes ( For settle down all masala )
- Transfer it to a glass jar or pickle jar
- For better result keep the pickle jar under Sun dry ( for 3-4 days)
- Green Chili Pickle is Ready
