Crispy Fish Fry Recipe
Ingredients
500 Gram Fish (Cleaned)
Lemon-1
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp fish masala or meat masala
Salt as required
corn flour as required to coat the fish
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp onion paste
1/3 tbsp ajwain
Refined oil for Marination and Fish Fry
Directions
- For Marination
- Take the cleaned Fish into a bowl
- Squeeze a lemon (Remove seeds before use)
- Add salt as required
- Add 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- Add 1/2 tbsp fish masala or meat masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp onion paste
- 1/3 tbsp ajwain
- Add 2-3 tbsp refined oil
- Add corn flour
- Mix gently so that each piece of fish can be mixed well
- Leave it for 2 hours for marination
- Fish FRY
- In a pre-heated kadhai / Deep Pan add adequate oil for deep fry
- Add fish one-by-one gently in to the kadhai
- Fry the fish gently ( try to avoid broke it)
- Timely flip the sides until Fish turns golden color
- Transfer the fried fish and serve it
- Garnish with sliced onion and coriander leaves

- Cooking over a low flame ensures that the food is never overheated, thus sparing the nutrients while making the food more easily digested.
