Chilli Fish
Ingredients
500 gram Fish
1 Lemon
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 Onion
1 capsicum
2 tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
Directions
- Fish Marination
- Clean the 500 gram fish and remove scales if any
- Add Turmeric powder and salt
- Add 1 lemon juice
- Add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Add 1 tbsp chili powder
- Add Salt as required
- Add 2 tbsp corn flour
- Add some black pepper powder
- Mix well and leave it for marination for 20-30 minutes
- For Chili Sauce Masala :
- Add 3-4 tbsp chili sauce in a bowl
- 1/2 tbsp soy Sauce
- Add 1-2 tomato sauce and mix well
- For Recipe
- In a Pre-Heated Pan Add some mustard Oil
- Add Marinated Fish gently and fry
- Fry till fish turns light gray
- Add sliced ginger and finely chopped garlic in left over oil and fry
- Add sliced green chili and fry
- Add Curry leaves and fry
- Add chopped capsicum and fry for 2 minutes
- Add Chopped onion and fry till onion turns light brown
- Add sauce slurry we prepared earlier and stir well for 3-4 minutes
- Add Fried fish and stir it well for 4-5 minutes at medium flame
- Finally Add kasuri methi
- Recipe is ready to server
