Today we prepare Eggless Cake or Wheat Flour Milk Cake. Wheat Flour or Atta Milk Cake is made from using Flour, Maida, Milk Powder.

Ingredients
Wheat Flour
Maida
Sugar
Milk Powder
Ghee
Cardamom
Cloves
Oil for Deep Fry
Directions
- In a bowl take milk
- add Ghee
- stir it well till it mixed
- add milk powder
- mix it well
- add maida & mix well
- add wheat flour and mix well
- Add Baking Soda or Meetha Soda
- make a dough
- keep the dough aside for 30 minutes
- Prepare for Sugar Syrup or Chashni
- Take a cup of sugar
- Add 2 cup water
- keep flame at low and stir it regularly
- add some cardamom and cloves for flavour
- Now keep the sugar syrup aside for cooling ( but keep luke warm )
- Now Take the dough and flattern it ( Keep it Thick)
- Cut the dough in rectangle shape
- Take some oil in a kadhai ( for deep frying)
- Keep flame at medium
- Fry the rectangle shape dough till it turns dark brown
- now soak the deep fried cake in to luke warm sugar syrup
- drain out the extra sugar syrup
- Now Wheat Flour Milk Cake is Ready to Serve

In a bowl take milk
Add Ghee
stir it well till it mixed
Add milk powder ,mix it well

Add Meetha Soda or Baking Soda
Make a dough and Kepp it for 30 minutes aside
For Sugar Syrup or Chashni
Take 1 Cup Sugar in a kadhai or pan
Add 2 cup Water ( Double of Sugar ) and Boil at low flame
Keep Stiring till Sugar dissolve
Add Cardamom & Cloves for Flavour
Take the dough and flattern
Make a base
Make a thick base like Pizza base
Cut the base into rectangle like shape

deep fry the dough ( Raw Milk Cake)
More at a time
Keep Frying till it turns dark brown
Soak the cake in to luke warm sugar syrup
Drain out the milk cake
Wheat Flour Milk Cake is Ready
Best to serve the milk cake after drain out of extra sugar syrup
